Every job includes a free in-lab diagnostic, a recoverable file list, and a no-obligation quote before you proceed. Final lab pricing depends on media, failure type, and service level; RAID, server, and emergency work is case-by-case (call for details).
Working through us: if we collect media, travel, or spend time on hands-on packaging and coordination, we may add a small margin for that — always agreed with you before you commit, on top of whatever the lab quotes.

Do you recover data in your office?
We don’t run a clean-room lab. We help you assess the situation, avoid making things worse, and coordinate handoff to a specialist lab when physical recovery or advanced tooling is required.
What should we do first when a drive fails?
Stop using the device, note symptoms (noises, errors, power events), and avoid repeated power cycles or DIY software if the drive may be mechanically failing — that can reduce the chance of a full recovery.
Can you work with our IT provider?
Yes. We often agree roles: your provider keeps day-to-day systems running while we help leadership or the provider with recovery logistics and supplier liaison.
