Use of the website
This website provides information about our services and an online shop for IT hardware and supplies. You agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorised access to the site or related systems.
Online shop — forming a contract
- Product listings are an invitation to treat. Your order (and successful payment) is an offer to buy; we accept that offer when we confirm the order after payment and stock verification.
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling and are the amount charged unless we make an obvious pricing error (in which case we may cancel and refund).
- We sell as a non-VAT-registered sole trader unless we notify you otherwise. Prices include any applicable charges shown at checkout (including delivery).
- Payment is taken securely by Stripe. Delivery options and cut-offs are described in your cart and in How ordering works.
Delivery
Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered (or when we agree collection). Timescales are estimates and depend on stock, couriers, and cut-off times. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, but we will keep you informed where we can.
Consumer rights and returns
If you buy as a consumer, nothing in these terms removes your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or (for distance sales) the Consumer Contracts Regulations. See our Returns policy for how to cancel or return goods.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. For goods and paid services, our liability is limited as required by consumer law and does not affect your statutory rights. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, content on this website (including text, branding, layout, and design) is owned by or licensed to Stokesley Computer Consultants and may not be copied or reused without permission. Product descriptions and images may originate from suppliers and remain their property.
Privacy
