Often yes — many software, email, and connectivity issues can be sorted with a secure remote session. If we need to see hardware or your Wi‑Fi in person, we’ll say so upfront.
Do you visit homes in North Yorkshire?
We’re based in Stokesley and regularly support households nearby. If you’re further afield, we’ll agree what works — remote first where it makes sense, or travel when needed.
